All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective during the original shipment.
Returned items must have the original invoice or packing slip and be in new and unused condition. Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
This includes the original box, packing material, and UPC barcode. Removal of which voids any return. All original accessories must be present (cords, carrying cases, batteries, assembly tools, instruction manuals, warranty card, registration information, etc…).
Gasoline-Powered items cannot be returned once gas has been added to the machine. The unit must be taken to an authorized repair center, which is usually covered under warranty. Please consult your product manual or customer service for more information.
Special order items and COD orders may be non-refundable or subject to additional restocking and shipping expenses.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the original invoice or packing slip, and mail your return the following address:

Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged (if possible).
The customer must notify us of any damaged, defective and/or missing items within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 289-0218 or email [email protected] should you receive a damaged item.. Include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
Upon receiving your return we will inspect the condition and, when approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
