Our shipping days are Monday – Friday.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Tool and Anchor Supply uses UPS to ship its products to you. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping speeds do not include the time required to prepare your order. We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly.
Large / Bulky Items – Freight Shipping
Tool and Anchor Supply stocks many industrial and commercial grade tools and accessories. Some of these items are large, heavy and/or bulky.
Shipments over 150 lbs. will require the use of UPS Freight services.
Certain items, such as aerosols and lithium ion batteries cannot be expedited due to hazardous material regulations.
In-Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pick up at our Denver and Greeley stores. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout and your order will be ready to pick up within 24 hours.
We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. You can pick up your order anytime between 7 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged (if possible).
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Tool and Anchor within 3 business days of delivery. Please call or email us as soon as possible at (800) 893-8670 / [email protected] Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your item has not yet arrived after the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package trace with UPS? After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification (within 1-3 business days) once your order has shipped.
The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Other Shipping Policies
We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout. If you wish to change the delivery address for your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed for your purchase. The customer will need to place a new order with the corrected delivery address.
For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items on the order related to that promotion must be in stock before the order will be shipped. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock at our warehouses.
